- Assist with safe turning, repositioning, and transferring of clients as needed
- Provide timely medication reminders and closely monitor clients’ health and well-being
- Aid with dressing, toileting, mobility, and personal care tasks to maintain comfort and dignity
- Regularly communicate with the healthcare team, providing updates on client conditions and needs
- Valid driver’s license
